Unauthorized disclosure of information will be subject to the HHS/HRSA sanction policies and/or governed by the following laws and regulations: 18 U. S. C. 641 Criminal Code: Public Money, Property or Records; 18 **** Criminal Code: Disclosure of Confidential Information; and 44 U. S. C. Chapter 35, Subchapter I Paperwork Reduction Act.
