Offerors must demonstrate proficiency in English, prior experience conducting research and writing reports of comparable scope/scale/quality about historic buildings and landscapes, with a special focus on the design history and urban development in Paris (****) or Marseille (first half of the 20th century). They must also have experience identifying sources and gathering materials at various repositories and possess necessary licenses or certifications to conduct research on heritage properties in France.
