Payments are made via ACH direct deposit. successful vendors will be required to receive payments directly through automated clearing house ach in lieu of a paper check.

Failure to execute contract within 10 days results in forfeiture of bid security. shall forfeit to the owner, as liquidated damages. . . the security deposit submitted with the bid.

Bidders should visit the site. each bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work and fully acquaint themselves with the existing conditions.

Questions must be submitted by October 2, 2026. october 2, 2026 last day to submit questions.

Failure to sign the bid or provide required information will disqualify. failure to sign informal bid will disqualify it.

The contractor must warranty all labor for a period of one 1 year and honor all applicable manufacturers' warranties on materials.

The contractor shall maintain all required professional licenses and certifications necessary to perform the work, including, but not limited to, a certified garage door installation specialty contractor.

Proposals must be submitted by the response deadline: solicitation responses are due on or before ****, 2: 00 p. m. cst.

A mandatory preproposal conference includes a walkthrough: a mandatory preproposal conference will be held to allow respondents time to walk through the location.

Failure to follow instructions may lead to disqualification: failure to follow the instructions regarding the submission of solicitation responses may result in the districts disqualification of such solicitation responses.
