This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for Natus EEG Acquisition Systems. The procurement is set aside for SDVOSB. The Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase specific Natus EEG equipment, software, installation, and training. The vendor must provide all hardware, software, and training to ensure optimal integration. Delivery is FOB destination to Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center. Equipment will be stored by the contractor for up to 12 months after award. Delivery is within 15 days of the request. Vendor is responsible for packaging, shipping, setup, configuration, validation support, and training. Contractor personnel are not permitted to connect contractor-owned devices to the VA network or access VA systems, patient data, or sensitive information without prior written approval and completion of all required VA security and privacy training.
Equipment is expected to be stored and available for delivery for up to one 1 calendar year after award. When requested, the equipment shall be delivered within fifteen 15 days of the nteegep's delivery request to the vendor.
The contractor shall provide the required Natus equipment, device specific setup configuration, operational validation, and staff training. The firm fixed price shall include all costs required to perform this SOW, including labor, travel, lodging, tools, packing, handling, insurance, storage for up to twelve 12 months after award, shipment to government designated VA facilities, assembly, manufacturer specific configuration, validation support, training, documentation, and correction or replacement of damaged, deficient, or nonconforming items.
Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of RFQ FAR 12. The following are the decision factors: Price, Past Performance, Product Support, Speed of Delivery, Help Desk Support.
