The delivery of proposals is due by May 4, 2026, by 2:00 p. m. local time. The project is expected to commence on or before December 1, 2026, and be completed by November 30, 2026.

Deliveries or services shall be invoiced on an individual basis and shall be due thirty 30 days after university's receipt and approval of invoice.
