Responses may be evaluated based upon: relevant experience quality of storytelling photography and videography quality creativity and originality tourism and destination marketing experience familiarity with island county and its communities ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team communication and responsiveness overall value provided for the proposed compensation.

Successful respondents should demonstrate: strong storytelling ability professional writing experience professional photography capability videography experience ability to conduct interviews and gather information experience producing destination marketing or tourism-related content ability to work independently and meet deadlines strong organizational and communication skills.

Respondents should provide three to ten examples that demonstrate your capabilities.

The project timeline spans approximately eight months, beginning September 1, 2026, and concluding April 30, 2027, unless otherwise approved by the U. S. Embassy Nepal.

Invoices are to be submitted to the office identified in block 18b of the **** Added Tax (VAT) should be shown as a separate item on invoices. Payment will be made to the contractor's address stated on the cover page unless a separate remittance address is provided.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.

Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale event design and execution in Nepal, demonstrated experience organizing expos or similar events with commercial exhibition components, strong network within Nepal's media or disaster management communities, experience coordinating with government agencies or international organizations, ability to deliver technical training, and experience supporting public-private engagement leading to commercial outcomes.

EFT payment will be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of services and receipt of invoice, whichever is later. No deposit payments will be authorized.

The U. S. government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.
