Wildlife Government Bids & RFPs

The period of performance for this contract is from August 1st, 2026, through September 11th, 2026.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factor is lowest price technically acceptable.

The offeror must affirmatively state its ability to commit to completing all work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and detail its approach for meeting the requirements. The offeror must also submit a signed and completed Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the project area during the open bid period prior to submitting a bid. Site inspections may be conducted only during the open bid period and must be completed prior to bid submission.

Failure to submit a complete and signed IEE Representation Form and the referenced DIAR **** may result in the quoter being disqualified from the competition and ineligible for contract award.

Technical proposals are due on August 25, 2026, by 2:00 PM.

The contractor shall provide a warranty covering any pest control services performed under this contract, clearly identifying coverage, duration, and any applicable terms, conditions, or limitations.

Proposals will be evaluated based on offerors response to RFP objectives and requirements, offerors capacity and experience, cost proposal, past performance and references, and proposed management and project personnel.

The offeror shall have at least five years of experience providing comprehensive pest management services for institutional, educational, commercial, or similar facilities of comparable size and complexity.

A site visit is scheduled for July 30, 2026, open between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and is a self-guided tour. Attendance at the site visit is required for proposal acceptance.

Unsuccessful offerors may request a debriefing within ten days after they know or should have known their proposal was unsuccessful.

Attempts by an offeror to contact members of the evaluation committee or otherwise circumvent the established procedure may be grounds for disqualification.

The estimated budget is 30,000.
