The government states that efforts awarded prior to 31 august 2030 may include performance that continues no longer than 12 months beyond the end of the ordering period.

The government states that the contracting officer will execute the contract/agreement on behalf of the government and will negotiate directly with the company on the terms and conditions prior to execution of the resulting contract, including payment terms.

The government states that the CSO evaluation criteria is listed in order of importance from top to bottom: the merit and risk elements of the proposed technical approach are acceptable and address the priorities outlined in the aois, the proposal performance schedule is realistic and/or adequate, and the proposed price is fair and reasonable.

The government states that in order to receive either a fixed price award using far 12 acquisition of commercial items or other authority: a company must have a unique entity id uei and must register in the system for award management sam prior to receiving an award or agreement. a company must also register in the prescribed government invoicing system ex. wide area work flow. a company must be determined to be responsible by the contracting officer and must not be suspended or debarred from award by the federal government nor be prohibited by presidential executive order and/or law from receiving an award.

The anticipated delivery dates of GQDC to each program are estimates only. Actual delivery dates and launch dates may be significantly different from what is provided.

The contractor shall deliver the items listed in table 41. The contract will be evaluated based on the deliverables of these tasks, but not limited to it.

Each vendor must have and provide as part of their quote details of recent within the last 3 years, direct, and applicable experience in the design and manufacturing of fluid transfer couplers for propulsion systems andor quick disconnects for internal or external vehicular activity ivaeva for active thermal control system.
