The tender is for custodial services at the Pohakuloa Training Area, with services including cleaning restrooms, kitchens, removing trash, cleaning windows, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, buffing, dusting, scrubbing walls, and cleaning upholstered furniture. The contract is a firm fixed price (FFP) type. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to complete the requirements. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, directives, and other requirements. A schedule of services must be provided to the contracting officer ten workdays prior to commencing work. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks. The contractor must attend a post-award conference and periodic progress meetings. The contractor must provide a phase-in/phase-out plan within ten business days of contract award. Additional documents, such as a list of cleaning products, safety data sheets (SDS), and a spill plan, must be submitted to the contracting officer or designated representative.
