The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo I. S. D. is seeking proposals for the sale of real property. Bids are due by July 22, 2026, at 10:30 AM CT. The property is sold as is and may contain environmental conditions, with the purchaser assuming all abatement risks. No warranty is provided regarding fitness for a particular purpose. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review. Earnest money of 1% of the bid price is required via money order or cashier's check.

The district may consider purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods/services, extent to which needs are met, past relationship, impact on historically underutilized businesses, and total long-term cost.
The bid may be held for up to sixty (60) days from the opening date for the purpose of reviewing the bid and investigating the qualifications of the bidder.
Failure to adhere to delivery dates or deliver products that fail inspection may result in contract cancellation and jeopardize future business.
Samples may be requested for items other than approved brands. Failure to submit samples when requested will result in the items not being considered for award.
Vendor protest procedures can be found on the purchasing website. The superintendent, chief financial officer, administrator for budget and finance and/or the director of purchasing have the authority to handle and coordinate any disputes.
Failure to adhere to procedures, submit required documents, or communicate with board members may result in disqualification.
