All deliveries shall be completed prior to 270 days after contract award.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer. An itemized invoice shall be submitted upon delivery of the specified equipment and completion of the specified startup services. Invoices are to be submitted to FCC Oakdale, PO Box ****, Oakdale, LA ****, Attn: Accounting Department, Financial Management, email: oaxbusinessoffices@bop. gov.

Warranty documentation is required as part of the submittals within 15 days after contract award.

The government intends to make a single award to a quoter whose quotation, conforming to requirements of the solicitation, is determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable quote received.

Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number with their quotes. Technical acceptability will be evaluated based on provided manufacturer technical data.

Protests filed directly with the Department of Justice are addressed in section H.

Failure to provide all required documentation detailed in section L, quote submission requirements and instructions, may result in your quote being considered nonresponsive and eliminated from consideration for award. Failure to complete SAM registration procedures may result in elimination from consideration for award.

The government will award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The review will result in the selection of the offer that represents the best value to the government. The final selection may not be the lowest priced offer.

Offerors must submit a technical quote that demonstrates the ability to meet requirements as specified in the RFQ. The quote shall provide sufficient detailed information which demonstrates their technical capability, including product characteristics, installation services, design capability. The technical quote shall address the length of time the vendor will require for completion and delivery of the item.

Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

All items shall be delivered to the address below: Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, **** S. 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS ****, no later than 30 days ARO.

Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center. Invoices shall be submitted upon completion of service. The government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Responses will be evaluated for technical requirement, past performance, and price.

Vendor must be an authorized distributor and submit your authorized distributor letter with your quote. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if applicable, verified in SBA Small Business Search.

The government may terminate this contract, or any part hereof, for cause in the event of any default by the contractor, or if the contractor fails to comply with any contract terms and conditions.

Failure to comply with contract terms and conditions, or failure to provide adequate assurances of future performance may result in termination for cause.
