Coaching Government Bids & RFPs

The submission due date for proposals is Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 10:00 a. m.

Every effort will be made to pay vendors and contractors within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days provided the board of education receives the appropriate documentation. Pursuant to the New Jersey Prompt Payment Law, the required payment date shall be ninety (90) calendar days from the date specified in the contract or from the receipt of a properly executed invoice or goods/services, whichever is later. Interest shall not be paid unless goods and/or services have been rendered. All payments are subject to approval by the board of education at a public meeting.

The district intends to award a contract to the respondent whose response is most advantageous to the board, price and other factors considered, and who will provide the highest quality service at fair and competitive prices.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N. J. S. A. 10:5-31 et seq. , and N. J. A. C. 17:27 et seq. Bidders are also requested to submit a copy of their New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. Failure to submit the certificate prior to the award of the contract will result in the rejection of the proposal.

There may be deducted from the amount payable to the contractor by the contracting public agency, under this contract, a penalty of **** for each person for each calendar day during which such person is discriminated against or intimidated in violation of the provisions of the contract. This contract may be canceled or terminated by the contracting public agency, and all money due or to become due hereunder may be forfeited, for any violation of this section of the contract occurring after notice to the contractor from the contracting public agency of any prior violation of this section of the contract.

Failure to properly label the proposal envelope may lead to the rejection of the proposal. Failure to submit the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of the contract will result in the rejection of the proposal. Failure to complete, submit or sign the certificate of surety, when requested, shall be cause for disqualification and rejection of the proposal. Failure to sign and return all required documents with the proposal package may be cause for disqualification and for the proposal to be rejected.

The bid must be uploaded to the KIPP DC website no later than May 29, 2026.

KIPP DC will award services to the firm which, in KIPP DC's judgment, is in KIPP DC's own best interest.

Bidders must submit a description of relevant experience and 3 references, as well as answer specific questions about their approach to employee value proposition and compensation systems.

Representative sample materials from previous projects, such as comparative market analysis, employee value proposition frameworks, and talent strategy road maps, are required.

Any proposal not providing the required information, or not conforming to the format specified in this RFP, may be disqualified.

The bid notice states that proposals are being accepted from service providers qualified to provide contracted services in the areas of advisors, coaches, counselors, consultants, speakers, and trainers for HCDER's various divisions.
