Landing Circle Stream Restoration - The proposed work is for Landing Circle Stream Restoration. Severe stream degradation within the proposed project area has been identified in the field. This project will help improve water quality in Taskinas Creek, and ultimately Chesapeake Bay in support of James City Countyâ s MS4 requirements. The Goal of the Landing Circle Stream Restoration Project is to stabilize the unnamed tributaries to Taskinas Creek. The tributaries will receive a priority 2 & 3 restoration
