Bids are sought for primary clarifier chain and components for the Albany County Water Purification District's South Plant. Bids must be received by 11:00 am on September 3, 2026. All bid prices must include freight and be quoted F. O. B. destination. Delivery must be made within ten business days of receiving the purchase order. Bidders must demonstrate the ability to supply specified products within 16 weeks of a purchase order. The successful bidder must provide proof of required insurance before work commences. Evaluation is based on lowest total bid cost, bid completeness, and demonstrated capabilities.
