Bids will be accepted until June 17, 2026.

The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible vendor whose bid conforms to meeting the minimum requirements of the bid request.

Vendors must be qualified suppliers and have a satisfactory record of performance.

In case of default by the awarded contractor, the school district may procure necessary items from other sources and hold the contractor responsible for any excess costs.

Appeals must be filed within five calendar days of the date of award.

An IFB may be rejected for reasons including failure to deliver by the due date, non-compliance with requests for information, inconsistent format, limiting the SFA's rights, material changes to service requirements, or failure to include necessary substantiating information.

The estimated value of this contract is $35,000.

The electronic bid submittal deadline is Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a. m. CST. Electronic responses to invitation to bid relative to the above will be received via email submission to the procurement department for the Orleans Parish School Board opsb or the district at **** parkway, suite ****, new orleans, louisiana **** until 11:00 a. m. cst on tuesday, june 30, 2026.

Invoices will be paid based upon receipt of material or properly executed invoice, whichever is later. Payment will be made on the basis of unit price as listed in the blanket order such price and payment will constitute full compensation of furnishing and delivering the items.

If the bidder fails to meet requirements or deliver articles within the specified time, the board reserves the right to obtain articles from another source and deduct the difference in price from subsequent payments.
