The City of Friendswood is seeking proposals for disaster debris removal, reduction, disposal, and other emergency cleanup services. The bid notice requires a brief introduction of the firm, a summary of its administration, structure, organization, and staffing, identification of the project manager and supervisors with resumes, and professional designations, certifications, and licenses. It also requires identifying any proposed subcontractors.
The proposer shall provide samples of reports, load tickets, truck certification forms, and any other form or report the proposer deems responsive to this proposal which is related to the firms capabilities and understanding of the federal reimbursement process.
