All services must commence within 45 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 90 calendar days.

The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, required documentation, license requirements, projected completion date and lead time, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market.

Bidders must be normally engaged in performing the type of work specified, have adequate organizational resources, facilities, equipment, and personnel, possess a current certified license relevant to the services, have a minimum of two years of experience, maintain a fully equipped organization, and carry adequate insurance.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM at **** SW Conners Highway, Canal Point, FL ****.

Questions must be submitted by July 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Failure to acknowledge and/or submit all information, altering provided files, arriving more than ten minutes late to the pre-bid conference, or violating the cone of silence may result in disqualification.

Items are to be shipped FOB destination. Shipping cost must be included in the vendor quote. The quote due date is **** 5:00 PM EDT.

Invoices shall be prepared monthly and submitted electronically in accordance with rates and terms as stated in the contract, utilizing the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Vendor shall be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.

The government intends to award a purchase order to the responsive and responsible vendor whose conforming response is determined to provide the lowest price technically acceptable to the government, price and other factors considered.

Vendor shall be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system. A minimum 10-year limited replacement warranty is required for beds and nightstands. The mattress has a 5-year limited prorated warranty.

The acquisition is unrestricted, but the solicitation is for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offerors must be certified SDVOSBs listed in the SBA certification database.

A site visit to field measure and verification is required for furniture to fit in proposed locations.

Failure to comply with the clause regarding addressing DEI discrimination by federal contractors may result in contract cancellation, termination, or suspension.
