Contractor shall provide county itemized monthly invoices, in arrears, and in a format acceptable to the county for services performed under this contract within twenty 20 days of the end of the previous month. The county shall make payment to contractor within thirty 30 working days after receipt of invoice or the resolution of any billing dispute.

Proposer must provide statement of their experience and qualifications for the areas listed below, including background in homeless services and experience with providing housing and supportive services.
