The contractor must provide double rooms, two-bedroom suites, conference rooms, childcare facilities, catering, beverages, and parking. The contractor must also provide meal vouchers valued at **** per family. The contractor must recognize the HQ 16 AF True North RST offices tax-free status and offer pricing without tax.
