All rooms shall be non-smoking. Overnight and daily parking for 30 vehicles is included for July ****, 2026, within walking distance of the lodging venue. A catered hot breakfast will be provided for approximately 300 adults buffet style from **** to **** on July 11, 2026. Drink refreshments will be available until 1100. The buffet will include a minimum of two main entree choices, breakfast pastries, and common breakfast items. Beverages include hot coffee, juices, milk, water, and hot tea. Fast food items are excluded. Egg dishes cannot be made from powdered eggs. Food menu items should avoid common allergies and clearly label allergens. At least one entree and one side dish must not include cheese. Catering services include flatware, plates, and condiments. Flatware, plates, and non-paper to-go coffee cups are preferred. Catering includes set up and clean up. Catering will be delivered to the Bonnet Springs Park Event Center. The caterer is welcomed to use the on-site kitchen. Catering services must be provided by a caterer known to work with the Bonnet Springs Event Center in the past, selected from the attached PWS list.
