acceptance of final payment by the contractor shall constitute a full release of all claims against the township arising out of, or by reason of, the work performed and materials furnished under this contract.

The township shall award the contract based upon price and other factors, including but not limited to qualifications, merit, references, and experience with issues confronting the township of sparta.

The proposal shall include the following: a. name of firm. b. address of principal place of business and all other offices, including corresponding telephone and fax numbers. please specifically identify which planners will be assigned to work with the township.

The township will pay by voucher.

The township of manchester will award this bid to the lowest responsible bidder in accord with the new jersey local publics contract law.

Bidders must submit a business registration certificate and complete an experience qualifications questionnaire.

Failure to complete the experience qualifications questionnaire will be grounds for therejection of the bid proposal.

The us government reserves the right to terminate this contract for default if the contractor is no longer registered in the jccs or fails to maintain an acceptable risk rating status at any time during contract performance.

A pre-proposal site visit is tentatively scheduled for 4 september 2026.

If the prospective awardee does not have an acceptable status in jccs at that time, then the prospective awardee will be found to be not responsible under far **** and their proposal will be ineligible for award.
