Lot 2: Stop Charge as specified. Bid price per EACH

Lot 3: Additional rate for each full $ 0. 10 per gallon increase or decrease in price of Diesel fuel from $ 4. 50. ( Receipts must be furnished. ). Bid price per MILE.
