Only approved manufacturers or distributors will be considered for this buy. Offerors must meet the requirements for manufacturers part number source controlled components. For specific part numbers, only the manufacturer Grove U. S. , LLC, cage ****, part number **** is approved.

The solicitation does not indicate a requirement for sample submission.

Protests may be filed with the contracting officer, the General Accounting Office, or the agency for a decision by the activity's chief of the contracting office. Protests filed with the agency should clearly state they are an agency level protest under Executive Order ****.
