Within fifteen 15 days after receipt from the contractor of a proper and satisfactory periodic estimate requesting payment of the amount due for the preceding month, the owner shall have fifteen 15 days to make payment.

The contractor shall guarantee all work under this section in a document stating that if, within five 5 years after the date of final acceptance of the work, any of the work of this section is found to be defective or not in accordance with the contract documents, the contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of a written notice from the owner to do so.
