The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Skidcar Systems Inc. for the conversion of a **** Ford F350 skidcar system to a **** Ford F150 system at Malmstrom AFB. Skidcar Systems Inc. is the sole authorized provider for this type of equipment. The conversion is deemed mission-critical for maintaining nuclear missile systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. The period of performance is 140 days from contract award. The state shall have 30 calendar days after receipt of invoice or satisfactory completion of contract to make payment. A protest must be submitted in writing within five 5 working days after the aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto. All material given to or made available to the contractor by virtue of this purchase order, which is identified as proprietary or confidential information, will be safeguarded by the contractor, and shall not be disclosed to any individual or organization without the prior written approval of the state.
