Qualified contractors must provide company name, UEI no and CAGE code, point of contact information, specific product(s) offered that fulfill the same function, or evidence of capability, and a description of the product(s) and overall capabilities. Qualified contractors must provide the following information: 1. The name of your company 2. Company UEI no and CAGE code 3. Point of contact, and secondary contact, information 4. The specific product s that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing the specific items mentioned above and, 5. A description of that product s and its overall capabilities.

Failure to clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements in a written response may result in the government making an award on a sole source basis. If no written response is received by the deadline that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, and that is more advantageous to the government, TCSC will make award on a sole source basis to 1nteger d b a kharon.

The proposal deadline is July 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

The line of credit will be payable from and secured by a pledge of the revenues of the Authority. The Authority will not agree to reserve requirements or minimum balances.

Proposals will be evaluated on proposed fees, proposed terms and covenants, and credit ratings of the respondent.

Proposers must meet minimum qualifications and be responsible. Financial statements are required, or a waiver request if internally generated.

The airport authority has the right to request samples from responsive and responsible proposers, which must be provided within two business days.

Protests must be filed in writing within the timeframes outlined in section 9 of the airport authority procurement and contracting ordinance.

Proposals may be rejected for failure to submit all required information, failure to meet minimum qualifications, being in arrears, debarment, or violation of ethics ordinances.

The revolving line of credit is for up to $20 million.

The period of performance is anticipated to be one 12-month base period and one 12-month option period.

Qualified contractors must provide company name, location, contact information, business size, UEI number, specific product details, information on government contract vehicle availability, and a capabilities statement not exceeding 5 pages.

Submitting materials with disallowed file extensions (. bat, . cab, . cmd, . com, . cpl, . dot, . dotx, . exe, . hqx, . hta, . mim, . mp3, . mp4, . pif, . rar, . scr, . vbs, . uu, . uue, . vbs, . wsf, xxe, . wmv, html, mhtml, and . zip) will result in them not being considered.
