Skagway Well Improvements Phase 1 Demolition of existing generator and associated equipment, including manual transfer switch and conduit, at Skagway Well House 2. Demolition of existing electrical service equipment, including main breaker, CT cabinet, and meter base. Demolition of existing exterior fuel storage tank and associated concrete tank foundation, piping, and appurtenances. Furnish and install standby engine- generator set with kW/kVA rating, voltage, phase, frequency, enclosure type, belly tank configuration, load bank configuration, and short- circuit capability as shown on the plans. Furnish and install automatic transfer switches ( ATS) with number of poles, amperage, voltage, withstand and close- on ratings as shown on the plans. Electrical improvements to accommodate new generator equipment, and other miscellaneous related work.
