The solicitation for repair of radio and television communication equipment has been extended to October 10, 2025. The repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 100 days. Government source inspection (GSI) is required. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. The contractor must accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt. Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit per month the contractor is late. The government intends to add an option quantity to the resultant contract. The terms and conditions of a basic ordering agreement (BOA) are incorporated by reference. The terms and conditions of the agreement are hereby incorporated by reference and, except as provided herein by this order, remain in full force and effect. If any conflict arises in the terms of this solicitation resultant order order versus the terms in the BOA, the terms of the BOA shall apply.
