This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the repair of a Cooler, Air, Electron. The government is seeking a repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 141 days. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required. Freight is handled by the Navy. Quotes must include amount, RTAT, unit price, and total price. If RTAT is not met, a price reduction per unit per month will be incurred, up to a maximum.
