Offerors are required to meet all request for quote RFQ requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements, in addition to those identified as evaluation factors or subfactors. The offeror shall submit a MCP that clearly describes how the offeror intends to successfully manage operational tests, maintain, repair, and inspect barrier, tire killer, bollard, and gate systems. The offeror shall submit valid certificates of competency trained to work on Heintzmann Industries systems of the employees being intended to perform the solicited services.
