This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The deadline for submission of quotes is Wednesday, July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM CEST. A site visit is planned for Friday, June 13, 2025, at 09:00 AM CEST. Interested parties must contact the points of contact by Monday, June 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM CEST to confirm their participation in the site visit. Quotes must include a price exhibit and a technical exhibit. Questions must be submitted in writing by Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The government intends to award a purchase order to the vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the government, considering price and technical factors. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process will be applied. The evaluation process will begin with the evaluation of the two lowest-priced quotations after determining responsiveness. These two lowest-priced quotations will then be evaluated for technical acceptability. The government reserves the right to hold interchanges with all, some, or no quoters. If no quotes are rated technically acceptable, the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. The awardee will be the offeror who has been deemed responsible and provided the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote. The offer may be rejected as non-responsive if the line item unit price, line item extended price, and total price are not included, not clearly stated, miscalculated, and/or not understandable. Each technical factor will be evaluated on an adequate/inadequate basis and assigned a rating on whether the quote meets the solicitation requirements. A rating of acceptable is required in the factor to be eligible for award. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, licenses, transportation, and other items and services necessary to accomplish the IDS in accordance with attachment 1. Installation locations are in an 18 km radius around Spangdahlem Air Base. Floor plans to the facilities will be provided upon request.

The National Park Service awarded a contract to Tarazi, LLC for fire and intrusion alarm replacement at Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Park. The contract value is $439,****.

The proposal due date for the construction of miscellaneous buildings amendment **** has been extended to 11 July 2025. The project involves the design, bid, and build construction of a single-story research, development, and testing facility for tank, automotive, and other ground transport equipment. The facility will be approximately 31,800 square feet with high and low bays, including laboratory space, bridge cranes, control rooms, and various support areas. The project also includes site development, utilities, lighting, paving, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping, and signage.

Sole source requirement for supplemental maintenance of security systems (intrusion detection, access control, and security cameras) by Advantor Security Systems. The requirement is for scheduled maintenance of PL4 systems and CCTV systems not covered by existing contracts.
