The US Army Fort Leonard Wood Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) is seeking bids for strut hangers, suit hangers, and garment bags for the army green service uniform (AGSU). The full solicitation, including response instructions, is attached. The deadline for questions and answers is June 27, 2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Quotes are requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The US Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order. Vendors must have an active registration in SAM. gov. Payments are net 30. All acquisitions expected to exceed $10,000 can also be found on SAM. gov. The vendor shall provide the items listed in the parts list, with no substitutions without approval. Items must be individually preserved, packaged, and packed in reusable containers according to MIL-STD-20731E. The contracting officer must be notified prior to packaging and marking. All wood material must meet phytosanitary requirements. Each bearing stave assembly must be cleaned, packed, and marked. Each assembly must be individually packaged in its own shipping container. The container must have a common lid and the bearing staves and hardware must be secured. Any protruding parts must have protective covers. Particle board or OSB is not acceptable. The container must protect the bearing staves from damage during shipment. The approved and Coast Guard QAR verified final testing results must be sealed in a plastic sleeve or bag and enclosed in each shipping container. Each item must be marked according to MIL-STD-129R. The markings must be machine-made stencils, at least 3/8 inch high, in permanent black printed characters on a highly contrasting white painted background. The marking must include stock number, item name, part number, contract number, serial number, gross weight, condition code, unit of issue, and the words Coast Guard SFLC material. Shipping is FOB destination required. All material must be shipped to the US Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, **** Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room Bldg 88, Baltimore, MD, **** must be accompanied by an itemized packaging list. All packing lists shall cite the purchase order number. Material must be packed for shipment using military packaging. Material must be packaged to afford adequate protection against corrosion, deterioration, and physical damage. All material shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded unless otherwise authorized. All deliveries are to be made Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM.
