Delivery of all hardware should be completed within 90 days from the date of award. Implementation of all hardware should be completed within 60 days after hardware delivery.

Payment will be made through the Tungsten Network. Payment will not be processed until all equipment has been received by surgery service and a properly completed service report is received.

Vendor must provide at least a one-year warranty. Offerors shall provide a 12-month warranty to extend to all option years on all repairs against parts and workmanship.

The government will select the offeror that represents the best benefit to the government at a price that can be determined fair and reasonable based on price and other factors. The government will review the lowest price quote first to determine if the quote is acceptable and conforms to the solicitation requirements.

Offerors must be registered in SAM and/or SBA DSBS at the time of offer submission. The technical volume must demonstrate the offeror's capacity to satisfactorily perform the tasks outlined in the SOW.

When required by the solicitation, product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. Unless otherwise specified in this solicitation, these samples shall be submitted at no expense to the government, and returned at the sender's request and expense, unless they are destroyed during preaward testing.

Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
