The Barrow County School System is seeking proposals for the installation of a structured cabling plant at the Center for Innovative Teaching. Vendors must submit proposals by 11:00 AM local time on Monday, April 21, 2025, to ***@***. *. *, with the subject line cfit cabling response. Proposals must include a signed proposal form, a proposal checklist, a statement of vendor qualifications, a signed affidavit, and copies of low-voltage license and RC&D certification. The proposal must detail total costs, commencement and completion schedules, bill of materials, cable testing procedures, warranty services, and other considerations. The school system will consider proposals on an all, partial, or none basis. Additional documents and specifications are available on the school system website. The vendor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and licenses. The contract includes detailed specifications for materials, installation, testing, and warranty. The school system reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Industry day solicitation feedback session to address questions from industry regarding the hardware acquisition recompete customer direct (HARC) request for information (RFI) issued on January 16, 2025. The industry day will be held on May 7, 2025, at DLA Aviation Defense Supply Center Richmond. The morning will include government briefings and Q&A. The afternoon will be for one-on-one discussions. Pre-registration is required by May 5, 2025, 4:00 PM EST. Presentation materials will be posted to SAM. gov by April 28, 2025. Companies must be registered on SAM. gov to be eligible for award. The government will not reimburse participants for expenses. All responses should indicate which portions are proprietary.

Sealed bids are requested for the provision of inmate commissary items. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on May 5, 2025. Vendors must hold their price firm for 90 business days. Alternative bids are not accepted unless authorized. Vendors must be registered with the procurement division prior to submitting their bid. The county will accept electronically transmitted bids. Additional information requests should be directed to Robert Mackey. The county reserves the right to award the bid on an all-or-none, line-item, or schedule basis. The evaluation criteria are listed in the notice. Vendors must complete the bid forms contained in the bid package. The county will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the bidder in the preparation of their bid. The county requires that bids be submitted as one marked original and one exact copy. The county is requesting that bids be submitted on recycled paper, not include unnecessary advertising, and be made on both sides of each sheet of paper. Vendors must have the ability to accept payment via the ecommerce card visa. A minimum of 30 days is required to process invoices for payment. Vendors must, upon request, furnish satisfactory evidence of their ability to furnish products or services in accordance with the terms and conditions of these specifications. The condition of the commissary items must be clean and rid of any trash and odors. All commissary items must be processed immediately and shipped within seven business days to the address listed on each purchase order. Delivery must be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Bidders must include all destination and delivery charges in their price. Vendors must notify the procurement division of any item number changes throughout the term of the bid. Vendors must use the pricing sheet attached in section VI. Vendors must complete the pricing sheet and return with their bid. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. Bidders may be required to submit samples of each brand bid. The successful bidder must deliver only products that are fresh and well within the shelf life of that product. Any subcontracting must be approved in advance by Knox County. Prospective bidders may submit questions concerning this solicitation until April 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM local time. All questions must be submitted in writing. All documents submitted on behalf of this invitation for bid shall be open to the public for viewing and inspection.
