The National Park Service is seeking bids for the replacement of a water tank fill line at Glen Canyon National Recreational Area, Lees Ferry. The contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, and construction services. Performance is required within 10 calendar days of award and completion within 60 calendar days. Sealed bids are due by **** hours local time on July 17, 2026. A site visit is scheduled. Payment and performance bonds are required for awards over $35,000 and $150,000 respectively. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Final payment will be made after receipt of all required documentation, including payrolls, project schedule, progress reports, material submittals, test reports, as-built drawings, warranty of construction, and release of claims.
The contract includes a warranty of construction.
Quotations will be evaluated based on the highest perceived value to the government, considering responses to the evaluation factors identified in Section M.
Signing of the offer signifies that the contractor owns, operates, or maintains a place of business regularly engaged in construction projects and has staff with the required experience.
If the contractor falls behind the approved schedule, they must take steps to recover lost time without additional cost to the government. Failure to do so may result in termination for default.
