This is a request for quotation to construct electrical upgrades at docks 3 and 5. A pre-bid site tour is scheduled for Friday, June 30th at 9:00 AM at the Port of Newport administrative office. The bid is open and informal. The required quote attachments include a bid form and diagrams. The scope of work includes demolition, installation of new electrical panels, coordination with utilities, and provision of safety signs. The contractor is responsible for subgrade construction on the city sidewalk.

The 5th contracting squadron, Minot Air Force Base, intends to award a firm fixed price, single source supply contract to Northwest Projector Inc. for CCTV equipment and programming. The new system must be compatible with the existing system and operate on the same encrypted frequency. The deadline for submission of information is 12:00 PM CDT on June 27, 2025. Interested parties are invited to submit information describing their ability to provide the supply. The contract involves installation, testing, and validation of CCTV systems in buildings 420 and 418. The contractor must provide a solution for total coverage of certain areas and omit others as requested. The contractor must comply with all Minot AFB security regulations and directives, including obtaining necessary passes and adhering to the Real ID Act. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM local time, excluding federal holidays. Work schedules outside these hours must be requested in writing to the contracting officer at least three days in advance. The contractor is responsible for coordinating all phases of their operations with base personnel. The contractor must notify the fuels management office facility manager two workdays prior to mobilizing at the job site. The contractor must ensure that all contract employees know how to report a fire and observe all requirements for handling and storage of combustible materials. Welding shall not be accomplished without prior coordination and approval of the base fire department. The contractor is responsible for cleaning up all waste generated during the performance of the contract. The contractor shall submit a written report to the superintendent of the Minot fuels management flight stating that the security camera system has been tested by a manufacturer's representative and is installed and operating properly. The contractor shall provide instruction on how to operate and troubleshoot the newly installed equipment to 5 LRS staff. The equipment shall come with a standard manufacturer's warranty and a one-year service warranty for the installation of the products. The contractor shall keep a set of current, detailed field record drawings indicating significant deviations from the contract drawings, and/or installation drawings, and the exact location of concealed work. The contractor shall prepare three 3-ring binders containing product data, operating instructions, and maintenance instructions. The contractor shall be responsible for protecting all property, both government and private, in all areas where work is being accomplished. Any damage caused by the contractor shall be repaired at no cost to the government. The facility shall remain in operation throughout the period of performance. The contractor shall coordinate around the normal activities of the facility.

The Indian Health Service is updating the layout of primary care staff offices at the Fort Yuma Health Care Center. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of existing furniture, electrical and data cabling, provision of 41 modular workstations, installation of new furniture, replacement of electrical and data connections, and warranty services. The contractor must provide a licensed electrician, coordinate with facilities management, and provide manufacturer warranties. The government reserves the right to inspect all aspects of the work. The contractor must coordinate with the contract officers representative and facilities management staff to provide a schedule indicating the dates that delivery and installation are planned to occur. Normal hours of operation of the facility are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. The government shall allow 45 days from the date of the notice to proceed. Final payment will not be authorized until all work is complete and a final inspection and acceptance has been made. The contractor shall provide manufacturers warranties for all furniture and warranty the installation from date of final acceptance.

The Andalusia City Schools Board of Education is seeking bids to replace the ethernet structured cabling at two schools. Proposals are due June 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM CDT. Vendors must submit two complete hard copy sets (original and one copy) and two soft copies on USB memory key. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. A mandatory bid meeting and walkthrough will be held on May 29, 2025. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All respondents must be fully qualified and capable of performing all services. Vendors must include a proposed contract, a list of exceptions to the RFP (if any), and any addenda issued during the bidding period. A certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid (or a maximum of $10,000) is required. All contractors must provide a copy of their Alabama licenses within 48 hours of the bid opening date. A performance bond equal to 100% of the contract price and a payment bond of at least 50% of the contract price are required. The successful vendor will provide and install all equipment, materials, and services enumerated. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and standards. The vendor will be responsible for any damage to school property. The vendor must provide progress updates at least twice per week. The vendor must guarantee all material and labor for at least one year against defects. The vendor must include a pricing breakdown in their proposal. The project must be completed by July 17, 2025. The district reserves the right to procure any item or services by other means to meet time-sensitive requirements. Failure to meet timelines may result in penalties. The vendor must comply with Alabama immigration law compliance requirements and provide the required documentation. The vendor must comply with federal procurement law requirements. The vendor must certify that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency. The vendor must certify that the bid has been independently arrived at without collusion. The vendor must provide a copy of its contract, pricing breakdown, and a list of any exceptions to the RFP. The vendor must include a materials list worksheet. The vendor must provide contact information and a W-9 form. Bid tabulations will be available for review by interested parties. The award may be held for 90 days pending evaluation.
