One respondent, who offers the overall best value to the City of Webster, as determined by the City in its sole discretion, will be selected. The City of Webster reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities and award the bid to the lowest responsive and most qualified bidder.

The contractor must maintain in current status all federal, state and local licenses, qualifications and permits required for the operation of the contractor's business within the state of Texas.

Quoters are required to have the applicable license as indicated in the service description table and must complete a quote certification form. Vendors must also ensure their employees and subcontractors are not debarred, suspended, or excluded from participating in federal health care programs.

Contractors who do not timely meet the program requirements will be removed from the program. Failure by a contractor to timely meet program requirements may result in termination of the contract.

The careoregon team will request contractors/vendors to complete a site visit in order to develop a quote based on contemplated services.

Communication in violation of restrictions may result in rejection of a quoter. Failure to comply with all requirements may result in quote rejection. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may be cause for rejection of the quote or contract termination.
