Payment per Texas Prompt Payment Act. hhs system agency will make contract payments in accordance with chapter **** of the texas government code, commonly known as the texas prompt payment act.
Parts carry 12-month or 12,000 miles warranty. all parts used for repairs shall carry a 12month or 12, 000 miles industry standard warranty, excluding parts with a lifetime warranty.
Best value to the state. hhsc shall not be obligated to select the bidder with the lowest price but shall make an award to the bidder who provides the best value to the state of texas.
