The contractor shall provide one copy of a type summary report within 30 calendar days of site work statement completion. Reports shall be provided to the cor electronically in adobe pdf format and delivered by email. The contractor must stock commonly used items and have a network of suppliers that will deliver ordered items without any delay. The contractor must be capable of performing repairs on all equipment covered by the contract. The contractor must report in writing to the cor any all deficiencies that willwould compromise the operability of the system andor the safety of the building and its occupants within 1 hour of such observation. The government may order improvements if it is determined to be insufficient or ineffective. The government may implement or change quality assurance measures at any time during the term of the contract. The government reserves the right to make any test, inspection, andor performance oversight it deems necessary to ensure that all performance requirements are being maintained, including contracting such work to an independent 3 rd party. The contractor shall provide documentation to the co or their designee on qualifications identified in this standard. The contractor will have and maintain a current ett certified level 3 or nicet equivalent, who is capable of supervising ett trainee level i and ett certified assistant level 2, on the job site. The contractor will have and maintain a current ett certified senior technician, level 4, to supervise large projects and multiple crews and who can work independently. During any work performed by subcontractors, an employee of the contractors company must be present onsite to oversee and direct their work. The government will not provide direction or guidance to any subcontractors directly. The government is seeking information related to the attached performance work statement attachment a from interested vendors. Interested vendors shall confirm whether or not it is capable of performing the work and hold the correct certifications. Responses to this sources sought notice are strictly voluntary and will not affect any vendor s ability to submit a quote if, or when, a solicitation is released. This is being issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the government. Neither unsolicited quotes nor any other kinds of offers will be considered at this time. No entitlement to payment by the government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this sources sought.

The contract purchase order contains the requirements for manufacture of the stacking cable. The contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements. All items must meet all requirements of this contract purchase order. Records of all inspection work by the contractor shall be kept complete and available to the government during the performance of contract purchase order and for a period of 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies.
