All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.

Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the custom insoles, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM provided at the time of offer.

The estimated period of performance is 10 calendar days from the date of award.

Interested firms must demonstrate capability in commercial video production, preferably in healthcare or government, ability to complete the project within a 10-day window, experience with 508 compliance, privacy controls, and HIPAA considerations, in-house production capability, and ability to film in clinical and tribal community environments.

Late responses may not be considered.

The lessor shall furnish a detailed construction schedule within a specified number of working days of issuance of the NTP. The government will not be required to accept space prior to the schedule outlined in this lease.

Rent shall be paid monthly in arrears and will be due on the first workday of each month. Other payments are due on the later of the 30th day after receipt of a proper invoice or the 30th day after government acceptance of the work or service.

The lessor warrants that it holds such title to or other interest in the premises as is necessary for the government's access and use. The lessor shall maintain the property in good repair and tenantable condition.

Qualification requirements include expertise for preservation architects responsible for developing preservation design solutions and project documentation. The lessor must also provide a valid Certificate of Occupancy or a report from a licensed fire protection engineer.

Failure by the lessor to diligently perform obligations may result in termination of the lease or deduction of costs from rental payments. Failure to submit documentation for payment adjustments within 90 days constitutes a waiver of rights.

The reco or designated technical representative may periodically inspect construction work. The government shall have the right to inspect all areas of the property to determine compliance.

The lessor shall assert its right to an amendment under the changes clause within 30 days from the date of receipt of the change order.

Failure to comply with lease requirements, including timely delivery of space or performance of services, may lead to default by the lessor and potential termination of the lease.
