This is a performance work statement (PWS) for audiology services to be provided to New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) service members. The period of performance is five years, beginning August 1st. The contractor will provide audiology services at designated locations throughout New York State, at NYARNG armories or military facilities, Monday through Sunday, between **** and **** hours, excluding US holidays and government facility closures.
