Mandatory site visits on 05/28/2026 are required; failure to attend will result in disqualification. Bids are due by 06/05/2026 at 2:00 PM CST. The contract term is one year from the effective date. The evaluation will be based on best value, considering price, compliance with specifications, quality, reliability, delivery timeframe, and probable performance indicators. Respondents must submit all required documentation, including proof of insurance and potentially bonds for contracts over $100,000. All communications and questions must be in writing to the contract administrator.
The deadline for TMD to receive bids is 06/05/2026 at 2:00 PM CST.
TMD will pay contractor on the basis of itemized invoices submitted to and approved by TMD. Texas Government Code Chapter ****, the Prompt Payment Act, will govern payment and accrual of interest on any overdue payments. Tmd recommends electronic funds transfer (EFT) for payments.
Contractor shall provide all documentation for warranties, equipment paperwork and workmanship to Tmds project manager.
In determining the best value, Tmd shall consider the price of the item, compliance with stated specifications coupled with the quality and reliability of the goods and services, delivery timeframe, and indicators of probable performance under the contract.
Respondents must demonstrate that respondents operations conform to applicable Tmd, state, and federal policies and standards. Respondent must identify and provide, verification of experience, a minimum of three 3 past or current projects of similar size and complexity performed within the past five 5 years.
If contractor fails to comply with the terms of the contract, Tmd may withhold contractors payment. If noncompliance results in Tmd purchasing goods or services from another entity to remedy the noncompliance, Tmd will deduct those costs from contractors payment.
A mandatory site visit will be held on 05/28/2026 at 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM at **** West 35th St. , Bldg 66, Austin, TX **** to attend one of the site visits will result in disqualification of the response.
The last day to submit written questions for clarification to Tmd is 06/01/2026 at 2:00 PM.
Failure to attend one of the mandatory site visits will result in disqualification of the response. Failure to sign the document will disqualify the response. Failure to acknowledge amendments may subject the response to rejection.
