The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking information from vendors regarding the digitization of its historical paper records and ongoing physical submissions. The deadline for responses is 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday, August 25, 2025. The submission of any information is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding. The FDA is seeking information on vendor capabilities, methodologies, and innovative approaches to support a future enterprise-level digitization initiative. The initiative would involve scanning, processing, and secure handling of physical submission records, both historical and ongoing. The estimated total volume of legacy submission records (including historical paper documents and microfiche) exceeds 440 million pages. The FDA is seeking information on digitization strategies, operational models (e. g. , scan-on-demand, bulk scanning), technology platforms, security protocols, quality assurance measures, and other relevant solutions. The government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate, including developing future procurement strategies. The submission of a response does not guarantee inclusion in any resulting solicitation, nor does it obligate the government to provide feedback or acknowledge receipt.

The VA requires a contractor to provide a vascular ultrasound system. Delivery is required within 30 days of award, no later than September 4, 2025, to an offsite warehouse. Installation and training are scheduled for November 2025. The contractor must provide OEM authorization, documentation of experience, and trained technicians. The government reserves the right to inspect and test services. A warranty is required, meeting or exceeding standard manufacturer industry warranty terms. The warranty must begin on the first patient day, which is currently scheduled for January 20, 2026. The contractor must provide electronic, digital copies of the user manuals and repair manuals for each different product.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is requesting proposals for a 4 series mixed signal oscilloscope. Proposals are due August 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. The solicitation number is 401617.
