Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, understanding of the scope, strategy, personnel ability, and cost competitiveness. Responses to this rfp will be evaluated based on each firms: a. Experience with communityorganization of a similar size. b. Understanding the scope of the work. c. Strategy for providing required services. d. Demonstrated ability of key personnel. e. Cost competitiveness.

Proposals should include the consultant's contact information, qualification statement, understanding of the project, detailed approach and methodology, estimated time, scope of involvement from HR staff, breakdown of rates and fees, and staff biographies. Proposals must contain the following information and are limited to no more than 20 pagestotal: a. Consultants contact information. b. Qualification statement and general information of the firm. c. Consultants understanding of the project. d. Detailed description of approach and methodology the consultant will use in identifying and evaluating information.

The contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended if the contractor is determined to be in violation of any nondiscrimination provision of federal, state, or local law. In the event the contractor is determined by the final order ofan appropriate agency or court to be in violation of any nondiscrimination provision of federal, state, or local law or thisprovision, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part by the town, and thecontractor may be declared ineligible for further town contracts.
