The response deadline, which is the date and time public unsealing of bid responses will be held, is May 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT.

The City of Nixa reserves the right to award bids by line item, group of items, all or none, or a combination thereof to reject any and all bids or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in bids received. Awards will be made to the vendor whose bid best serves the city's best interest.

The City of Nixa has utilized Payment Works for vendor verification. If awarded the bid, you will receive an email to register with Payment Works and upload your vendor information. By acknowledging this item, you agree to follow through and register through Payment Works to be a vendor with the City, as requested.

The period of performance for the base contract is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. There are also four 12-month option periods available.

The bid notice mentions electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Specific payment terms are detailed within the DFARS clause ****.

The bid notice states that the award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures.

Offerors shall provide proof of qualification, experience, and authorization by the OEM, including certification of all repair persons and facilities by the OEM as trained and qualified to perform required repairs on the equipment. Contractors must also have ready access to parts inventory of OEM replacement parts.

The bid notice does not indicate that samples are required.

The estimated total value of the acquisition is $34,000,****.

The bid notice states that the undersigned further proposes to execute the contract agreement and to furnish satisfactory performance bond within ten 10 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, after notice of award of contract has been received. The contracts, if any, shall be for a period of one year.

The undersigned further certifies that he as the individual, firm or corporation making this bid is not in arrears or default to the City of Cleveland upon any debt or contract, nor is a defaulter as surety or otherwise upon any obligation to said City, nor has failed to perform faithfully any previous contract with said City and that there is no suit or claim pending as to any such arrears or default.

The undersigned further agrees that if the bid is accepted and contract awarded and he shall fail to execute said contract and furnish the satisfactory bond, as required, within the time above specified, then the City may, at its option, declare the contract abandoned and this bid null and void. Thereupon the penal sum of the bid bond shall become due to the City, or the certified or cashiers check shall be forfeited to and become the property of the City as liquidated damages.
