The work of the Project is within the KCIW security boundary. ADDITIVE ALTERNATIVE # 1: Replacement of medium- voltage outdoor pad- mounted gear PDS 3, PDS 4, and PDS 8 including associated terminations of 15 kV rated cables. ADDITIVE ALTERNATIVE # 2: Replacement of two 120/208- volt circuit breaker equipped panelboards in the KCIW Minimum Security Building # 12 as indicated in the Project drawings.
