Complete delivery or release-ready handover of the ordered vehicle and all required documentation must occur within forty-five (45) calendar days after the purchase order is emailed to the awardee.

Payment will be processed 30 days after government acceptance or 30 days after the embassy payment office receives a proper invoice, whichever occurs later. Advance payments are not authorized.

A manufacturer-backed warranty valid in Turkey for at least three (3) years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, is required. Warranty servicing must be available through authorized service providers in Turkey.

The U. S. government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable quotation.

Offerors must be the manufacturer, manufacturer-authorized distributor, authorized dealer, or certified reseller of the proposed vehicle, with proof of authorization and ability to provide warranty servicesupport in Turkey.

If the contractor fails to honor warranty, service support, parts, or remedy obligations, the U. S. government reserves the right to seek reimbursement for repair costs, invoke applicable warranty clauses, and withhold or deduct contractual remedies.

Inspection and acceptance of the vehicles shall be conducted at the delivery or handover location specified in the purchase order.

Quotations that do not identify the category and named point, or that contain open-ended charges, may be considered technically unacceptable. Quotations proposing a delivery period exceeding forty-five (45) calendar days may be considered nonresponsive.
