Services must begin on the base period start date. The base period is **** and services are required Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Payments are made in accordance with ****, payment by electronic funds transfer system for award management and the Prompt Payment Act.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Contractor must have a minimum of five 5 years of demonstrated experience successfully providing patient assisted parking services and employees need at least six 6 months of patient assisted parking services experience in a healthcare setting.

Offers received after the specified time is late and will not be considered unless the contracting officer determines accepting it would not unduly delay the acquisition.

Submittals will be evaluated and ranked to determine the best value to the county based on the following criteria: 1. project approach and understanding demonstrated understanding of the traffic flow and operational issues at the transfer station and the proposed approach for evaluating and developing practical solutions.

The proposal must include the firm's understanding of the facility's traffic flow, queuing, safety, site access, and operational challenges, and the proposed approach for developing practical alternatives.

A mandatory site visit is required; please contact DPW Director Jayna Steffel to schedule a visit prior to October 16th.

The deadline to submit written questions is October 16, 2026, at 3:00 pm EST.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in rejection of the proposal.

Sealed proposals will be received by the guilford county school system until 2: 00 pm, onseptember 2, 2026 at 714 green valley road, greensboro, nc **** conference room 2a.

Payment terms are net not later than 30 days after receipt of correct invoice or acceptance of goods, whichever is later.

The contractor warrants to the owner that the projects constructed under this contract will be of good material and workmanship and agrees to replace promptly any part orparts which by any reason of defective material or workmanship shall fail under normal use, free of negligence or accident, for a minimum of 12 months from the date of acceptance.

Acceptance may be made of the lowest and best bid most advantageous to gcs as determined upon consideration of such factors as: prices offered the quality of the articles offered the general reputation and performance capabilities of the bidders the substantial conformity with the specifications and other conditions set forth in the bid the suitability of the articles for the intended use the related services needed the date or dates of delivery and performance and such other factors deemed by gcs to be pertinent or peculiar to the purchase in question.

The undersigned hereby certifies on behalf of bidder that bidder and its proposedsubcontractors for this project are in compliance with article 2 of chapter 64 of thenorth carolina general statutes, except for those with less than twenty five 25employees that are exempt from the everification requirements.

In the case of failure on his part to execute the said contract and thebond within ten 10 consecutive calendar days after written notice being given of the award of contract, the certified check, cash or bid bond accompanying this bid shall be paid into the funds of the ownersaccount set aside for the project as liquidated damages for such failure otherwise, the certified check, cash or bid bond accompanying this proposal shall be returned to the undersigned.

Before submitting a proposal, each bidder should visit the site of the work, fullyinforming himself as to all existing conditions, proposed improvements, and limitations.
