This is a sources sought request for information only, issued for market research purposes to determine potential sources. Respondents will not be notified of the results. No reimbursement for costs associated with providing information. The government is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responses must be received by May 1, 2025, 2:00 PM EST, via email to the addresses provided. Responses shall be no more than two pages, single-spaced, front and back, in Times New Roman, font size 12 or equivalent. The government reserves the right to only review the first five pages if submissions exceed the page count. Extraneous materials will not be considered. The purpose of the request is to conduct market research to support acquisition strategy decisions, including determining if a small business set-aside is appropriate and the best execution method. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of any federal government contract. Responses must address company name, address, CAGE code, SAM UEI, main point of contact, capability statement, business type (large, small, etc. ), anticipated NAICS/PSC code (or justification for a different code), and whether the company currently provides these services under an existing contract (with contract number, point of contact, and managing agency). This is a sole-source procurement for 25 heat sealers (NSN: 1rw **** **** tx, P/N: hz 400). The solicitation (RFP) will be posted on NECO on or about May 5, 2025, with a response closing date of June 2, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. The anticipated award date is July 25, 2025. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to Jason Sklencar by email. Buy American clauses will apply. Electronic procedures will be used. No telephone requests or hard copies will be accepted.

Sealed proposals for improvements by constructing the 2025 MVG sealing project, Coshocton, Ohio, will be received by the Coshocton County Commissioners on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 9:30 a. m. Complete specifications, including contract and proposal forms, are available online at www. ***. *. * must be accompanied by a bond or certified check. Bidders must register with Coshocton County to receive addenda. The work must start no later than May 12, 2025, and be completed by July 3, 2025. The lowest and best bid will be awarded. Bid deposits of all but the three lowest and best bidders will be returned within ten days after opening bids. The bid deposits of the three lowest and best bidders will be returned within 48 hours after the executed contract and required bonds have been approved by the owner. The US Department of Labor safety and health regulations for construction are part of the specifications. Bidders must comply with Ohio prevailing wage rates. The owner reserves the right to hold bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening and to award the contract at any time during that period.
