y1jz construction of miscellaneous buildings 1 best door locks notification system: the requirement is to provide best access brand lock cylinders and cores for interior and exterior doors in camp buckner phase 4. these cylinders and cores will be installed in all doors that are neither electronic nor capable of status monitoring via electronic security system. these lock cylinders and cores will be compatible with the best access brand interchangeable core and master keying system which provides united states military academy command with a single master key access to all areas of camp buckner phase 4 for operational and maintenance requirements using the same master key compatible with command access throughout all united states military academy facilities.
